At the Pine Nook, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept standard returns or exchanges.

We know ordering online can sometimes feel uncertain, so we do everything we can to help you choose the right size and style before you order.


✨ If Something Isn’t Right

If your order is incorrect upon arrival, please reach out to: shop@thepinenook.com within 3 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

Just include in your email:

  • Your order number in subject line

  • A quick message explaining the issue

  • Attach a clear photo (multiple if necessary)

Once we review it, we’ll happily offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Or a refund if needed

Our goal is always to make sure you’re taken care of.


📏 Sizing & Color Choices

Since items are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind on color or design

  • Normal variations in print placement or color tone
