Shipping policy

All of our items are made to order within 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday not including holidays) and may take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive to you depending on shipping. Please note that orders may be delayed during peak seasons or if we're experiencing a high volume of orders around holidays which we will then directly contact you in this rare instance and let you know right away. 

Once items have been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email immediately. Once you receive tracking info, the product is out of our control and if it gets lost or damaged in transit, it is up to you, the customer to reach out to the shipping carrier, USPS with your tracking number. We are not held liable for that because it is the fault of the carrier, USPS.
