📦 How long does it take to get my order?

Each item is made to order.

Processing time: 7-14 business days
Shipping time: typically 3–6 business days after shipping

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

📏 How do I know what size to order?

We include sizing information on every product page to help you choose the best fit.

Most of our items are unisex fit and true to size.

If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.
If you like an oversized fit, size up.

If you’re unsure, feel free to message us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

🎨 Will the print look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to represent colors and placement as accurately as possible.

Because each item is pressed by hand, slight variations in:

• print placement

• ink tone

• garment shade

are normal and part of the handmade process.

Screen brightness may also affect how colors appear.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or color changes.

However, if your order arrives defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.

📬 My package says delivered but I don’t have it

Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early.

Please:

1. Check around your home and with neighbors

2. Wait 24 hours

3. Contact your local post office

If you still need help, message us and we’ll guide you through filing a claim.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
