Shop Policies

  • All of our items are made to order within 14 business days (Monday-Friday not including weekends or holidays) and may take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive to you depending on shipping. Please note that orders may be delayed during peak seasons or if we're experiencing a high volume of orders which we will then directly contact you in this rare instance and let you know right away. 
  • Once items have been shipped priority mail, you will receive tracking info via email immediately. Once you receive tracking info, the product is out of our control and if it gets lost or damaged in transit, it is up to you, the customer to reach out to the shipping carrier. We are not held liable for that because it is the fault of the carrier.
  • Due to the customized nature of the item, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive the wrong size or color that you ordered. In this case, please contact us at admin@thepinenook.com where you must include photographic evidence of the issue within 24hours of receiving the order. We will then gladly and as quickly as possible send you what you ordered. 
  • It is your responsibility to look at our size charts provided in our shop and order the correct size. If you find that the item doesn't fit, we do not allow for exchanges or returns because the proper measurements were provided accurately before ordering.
